Requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, etc., of personal information concerning an individual will be accepted by the department or division that has jurisdiction over the information in question. As a general rule, requests will be accepted when the request is made in writing by the individual and the personal information manager recognizes that there is a legitimate reason for the request.

In principle, Doshisha University will not provide personal data to third parties without the prior consent of the individual.
