Establishment
Article 1.
The Mobility Research Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") shall be established in the Research and Development Promotion Organization of Doshisha University. (2) Collection, organization, and dissemination of books, materials, and information necessary for research.
(3) Organize seminars, open lectures, and symposia.
(4) Publish journals, reports, and other materials for research presentations and publication of research results.
(4) Publication of journals, reports, etc. for research presentations and publication of research results (5) Interaction with domestic and foreign universities, research institutions, etc.
(6) Other necessary matters
Establishment period
Article 4.
The Center shall be established from April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2016. 2.

Center Director
Article 5.

Researcher
Article 6.
- The Center shall have concurrently serving researchers. (2) The Director of the Center shall appoint researcher(s) from among the full-time faculty members or visiting faculty members. 2.
The Director of the Center may appoint commissioned lecturers, visiting fellows, and researchers from other universities, research institutions, organizations, etc. as commissioned researchers. 3.
The Director of the Center may appoint graduate students as contract researchers when it is deemed necessary for research.
Qualification and selection of researcher
Article 7.
- The Director of the Center shall establish appropriate criteria for the qualification and selection of researchers, and shall deliver the names of the researchers to the Director of the Research Advancement Corporation.
Visiting Researchers, etc.
Article 8.
The Center may accept visiting researchers in accordance with the Doshisha University Visiting Researcher and Exchange Visiting Researcher Regulations. 2.
The Center may accept trainees in accordance with the internal regulations on trainees of Doshisha University.
Operation
Article 9.
- the Center's Management Council shall be established to ensure the smooth operation of the Center. 2.
The Center's Management Council shall consist of the Director of the Center and a few persons appointed by the Director from among the concurrent or contract researchers, and shall be chaired by the Director of the Center. 3. - Matters concerning the Center's Management Council shall be determined separately by the Director of the Center.
Project Expenses
Article 10.
- The business expenses of the Center shall be funded by grants and donations from ministries, foundations, companies, etc., and shall be determined separately in the budget. 2.
The Center may accept scholarship donations, commissioned research funds, and other donations after following the prescribed procedures.
Research Plan, Budget, Settlement of Accounts, etc.
Article 11.
The Director of the Center shall prepare a research plan and budget and submit them to the Director of the Research and Development Promotion Organization at the beginning of each fiscal year. 2.
(2) At the end of the fiscal year, the Center Director shall prepare and submit to the Director of the Research and Development Promotion Agency a research progress report and a statement of accounts.
Publication of research results
Article 12.
At the end of the period of establishment of the Center, the Center Director shall report the research results to the President and promptly publish them within one year from the end of the period.
Administration
Article 13.
The administrative work of the Center shall be conducted by the Research and Development Promotion Office. However, administrative work may be divided among the administrative offices of faculties, graduate schools, and research institutes closely related to the research and operation of the Center.
Revision and abolition
Article 14.
The revision or abolition of these bylaws shall be decided by the University Council after discussion by the Board of Directors.
Supplementary Provisions
These Bylaws shall come into effect as of April 1, 2011.
